Cancellation policy
Before 4 January 2012: € 50 will be withheld
After 4 January 2012: no refund (cancellation and new registration)
All refunds will be handled after the congress

Name substitutions
Before 1 January 2012: Free of charge
Between 1 January and 1 February 2012: € 30
After 1 February 2012: Cancellation and new registration

Terms of payment
All payments must be made in Euro
Please note that you will be charged a higher fee when we receive payment after the stated deadlines. 
Payments can be made by credit card (secure payment page), cheque or bank transfer
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the EAU Central office.
A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees
Outstanding payments must be paid on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress bank account on time.

All refunds will be handled after the congress

By cheque
Cheques must be in Euro, made payable in the Netherlands and made out to order of Congress Consultants B.V. EAU Davos 2012. All cheques must be sent with details of registration reference number and delegate's name to ensure payment is allocated to the correct registration.
